Antarctic Series - Distributed Industrial Edge Computing Platform

As part of its automation and industrial control ecosystem, Tango Ingegneria is developing the Antarctic Series, a family of advanced electronic devices for industrial measurement, distributed control and intelligent automation in harsh and mission-critical environments.

Designed around the principles of Edge Computing and distributed industrial intelligence, Antarctic Series integrates sensing, actuator control and multiprotocol communications into a modular and highly customizable platform. Rather than being conceived as a closed ecosystem, the platform is intentionally designed to allow customers to adapt and extend the system according to their specific operational and industrial requirements.

The architecture incorporates redundancy and subsystem diversity strategies to maximize fault tolerance, operational reliability and immunity to failures, particularly in demanding industrial, scientific and remote applications.

Concordia

Concordia

Industrial control and acquisition platform featuring galvanically isolated 24V digital I/O, analog acquisition interfaces (4–20mA, 0–10V, PNP/NPN sensors), relay outputs, actuator control interfaces and industrial communication protocols including RS485, CAN and Ethernet with MODBUS compatibility. The system also integrates internal diagnostic monitoring through onboard thermal and vibration sensing.

Marambio

Marambio

Multiprotocol wireless communication platform designed for remote industrial connectivity and distributed infrastructure integration. The system supports CAN, WiFi, ZigBee, LoRa and nRF communication protocols, enabling remote monitoring and control capabilities for industrial systems.

Syowa

Syowa

High-speed scientific and industrial acquisition platform based on AMD-Xilinx FPGA technology, developed for ultra-fast signal processing and precision measurements. The platform supports high-speed analog acquisition, nanosecond-scale pulse capture and advanced synchronization applications for industrial automation, metrology, LIDAR systems and scientific instrumentation.
